This apartment met expectations; would love to come back. I had a nice stay, with location next to city walls. Welcoming and fantastic staff, I loved them, no complaints. Lovely style of the building was accompanied by the bright inner decor.
Can’t fault the property in any way!

Our stay here was unforgettable, with convenient access to car rental, main streets, and the Medina, and the rooms were both practical and brightly lit, with a proper fireplace and sofa.

We had a fantastic time staying at Dar 91. We stayed for a week in this beautifully decorated house and it felt like a true home away from home. Paolo and Hakim were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even going above and beyond to make my partner's birthday extra special with a surprise cake. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The balcony and terrace provided stunning views of the city, especially at night. The secure parking nearby was convenient and affordable, and we loved being able to explore the local bakery and carpet weaver shop right on our doorstep. Paolo was also incredibly helpful in providing information and assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!
100% Recommend this hotel.

Excellent communication, hot shower, great kitchen facilities, comfy bed. Shop next door, community oven nearby. A place that feels like your own. Highly recommended. Exceptionally gracious hosts, charming apartment. Perfect location on inside edge of Medina. Fresh foods available within minutes. Rooftop terrace for coffee and tea. Recommended 3 day stay to let Essaouira seep into your soul. Friendly owner, helpful details. Beautiful, comfortable flat, feels like home. Quieter, family-friendly street. Best shower in Morroco. Perfect location on old city walls, 5-minute walk to the beach. Art museum-like house, attention to detail. Fireplace creates a great atmosphere. Comfy bed with electricity blanket. Welcomed with fruits, snacks, water. Super friendly housekeeper. Great price for such quality. Would come back and recommend to friends.

The location is unbeatable, right inside the medina. The amenities were fantastic, including free coffee, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a great shower and windows that kept the cats out. I can't believe how lucky I was to find this hidden gem. I'll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful stay at Dar 91! The owners, Jeremy and Paolo, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. They provided a comprehensive pack of information before my arrival that really got me excited about my trip. Any questions I had were answered quickly and they even shared their local knowledge with me. The location of the property was perfect, right on the inside edge of the Medina. I loved being able to find fresh foods just a few minutes away and the convenience of having a bakery nearby was hard to resist. The house itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. I especially enjoyed the big French windows in the lounge that let in a lot of natural light. The two rooftop terraces were also a highlight, providing a great view of the city and a perfect spot for coffee and tea in the morning. I highly recommend staying at Dar 91 for an excellent accommodation experience in Essaouira.
The bed in my room wasn't super comfortable, which was a bit disappointing after a few nights. Additionally, the shower room didn't have a window and tended to feel a bit damp after a shower.

Great communication with the host. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop terrace, perfect for chilling out and enjoying the sunset. The location was also ideal, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area.
The stairs were quite steep, which may be difficult for elderly guests. The gas hub required a bit of caution but was otherwise okay to use.

The private bathroom was really nice, with a shower that had good water pressure. I loved the fact that the apartment had an iPod dock and a seating area, perfect for relaxing. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the apartment. It was great to have kitchenware available, making it easy to cook our own vegetarian meals. The sea view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The sofa in the apartment was really comfortable, perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the bath or shower option in the bathroom unnecessary, as I prefer showers.

The hosts were super cool and arranged an awesome transfer for us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, even a rooftop with sick ocean views! We loved having breakfast delivered to our door every morning, such a treat. Can't wait to go back!
The only thing we wish was different was if there was a happening bar or nightclub nearby. We had a blast exploring the city, but it would have been even more lit if we had a fun spot to party close to the hotel.
